We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Special Educator who is able to develop and implement effective Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructional support, curriculum adaptation, behaviour management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students based on their individual needs and learning styles, modifying the standard curriculum to meet the abilities of students with disabilities, implementing and monitoring behaviour intervention plans, and maintaining accurate student records.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or equivalent in Multiple Disabilities
  • 3-7 years experience working with children and adults with multiple disabilities
  • Patient, empathetic, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using educational technology and assistive aids and devices
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams
