Visa Executive Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage end-to-end visa application processes for Schengen countries, Australia, and the USA. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling tourist visa applications and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage visa application processes from start to finish.
  • Provide guidance to clients on required documentation, forms, and submission procedures.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities to facilitate smooth processing.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in tourist visa handling is preferred.
  • Telugu language proficiency is mandatory, while Tamil/English proficiency is considered an asset.
  • The selected candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple applications independently.
