International Student Visa Coordinator

This role supports students in their visa application journey by facilitating a seamless and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist applicants in completing visa application forms and preparing required documentation to ensure timely submission.
  • Review and verify documents to guarantee accuracy and compliance with embassy/consulate guidelines, reducing the risk of delays or rejections.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and applicants to ensure smooth processing and minimize potential issues.
  • Track application status and provide timely updates to applicants and stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust.
  • Maintain accurate records of applications, submissions, and approvals to facilitate future reference and improvement.
  • Handle queries and resolve issues related to the visa application process, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Stay updated on immigration/visa guidelines, policies, and procedural changes to maintain expertise and offer informed advice.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a strong foundation in organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • 1-2 years of experience in visa processing, immigration services, or travel documentation, with a proven track record of successful application processing.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with applicants and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple applications simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to efficiently manage documents and communicate with colleagues.
