Synopsis of the Role

The Senior Trainer will design, deliver and lead comprehensive training programs for store associates, shift managers and multi-store managers. This involves content creation, training execution and capability building across various cities. The role demands strong communication, hands-on approach and passion for developing people in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for front-line and management staff across stores.
  • Create engaging training content (manuals, videos, SOP guides, assessments).
  • Ensure consistency in training delivery across cities.
  • Conduct onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Train employees on customer service, operational SOPs, hygiene and upselling.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and track employee performance improvements.
  • Partner with operations leadership to identify skill gaps and address them through targeted training modules.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of training experience in the QSR industry.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to create training content (documents, presentations, digital material).
  • Experience conducting multi-city training sessions.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to motivate, coach and build confidence in team members at all levels.
