Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Education and Training Professional with strong experience in the BPO industry to join our team. As an ideal candidate, you will play a crucial role in training new hires, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.
  • Create and tailor training materials and content to operational requirements.
  • Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with team leads and managers to identify training needs and address skill gaps.
  • Maintain accurate training records, reports, and documentation.
  • Adapt training methodologies to suit diverse learner needs and styles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a BPO environment is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 1 year of proven experience as an Education and Training Professional.
  • Strong ability to deliver effective training sessions both in-person and virtually.
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts and adhere to the work-from-office requirement.
  • Proficient in training new hires and onboarding processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to assess and evaluate trainee performance effectively.
