Job Opening for Technical Training Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the development of technical training programs for our clients. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of disease management and data entry platforms, as well as excellent project management skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for staff on various data entry platforms and electronic medical record systems.
  2. Construct and conduct subject matter tests, demo cases, and monitor QA metrics for the team.
  3. Provide ongoing feedback to associates and escalate issues or performance concerns to program/project managers.
  4. Collaborate with clients to develop abstraction SOPs and guidelines.
  5. Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and projects, ensuring smooth transition and understanding of client requirements.
  6. Monitor and analyze Average Handling Time (AHT) and provide guidance and support to associates to enhance productivity.
  7. Maintain regular communication with associates and quality analysts to discuss Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on quality concerns raised by clients.
