Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage relationships with small and medium enterprise (SME) clients through virtual platforms, providing them with tailored financial solutions and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Tasks and Deliverables
  • Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with SME clients using virtual communication tools.
  • Provide expert advice and solutions to meet the unique needs of SME clients, driving business growth and success.
  • Regularly review client performance and relationship status, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and analyze client needs to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare and present reports on client performance and relationship status, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of SME banking products and services, including financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and virtual communication tools, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
