The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a cashier or in retail billing operations, with a strong focus on attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers at the billing counter and facilitate a seamless checkout process.
  • Process cash, card, UPI, and other digital transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate the point of sale (POS) system, generate bills, and issue receipts as needed.
  • Maintain the accuracy of the cash register and reconcile daily sales to ensure financial integrity.
  • Support returns, exchanges, and refund processes in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize customer flow and provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace at the billing counter, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available.
  • Assist with basic stock recording and inventory management when required.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1–2 years in a related role, preferably in fashion, apparel, or sportswear.
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, UPI & card machines.
  • Honesty, reliability, and ability to handle financial responsibility.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
