Job Title: Senior Associate

This position is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, looking to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions, working under the supervision of the Team Leader, and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to funds, members, and stakeholders by meeting service and quality standards.
  • Complete daily processing within required service standards.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Maintain compliance with legislative, financial, and fund-specific procedures to minimize risk to the business.
  • Ensure the quality and productivity standards are met.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of relevant Superannuation legislation.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office and other software packages.
  • Prior administration skills, data entry, or high-volume type role, ideally in a financial service industry.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to generate creative solutions to address problems and commit to follow through.

  • Ensure compliance with all legislative, financial, and fund-specific procedures to minimize any risk to the business.

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced professional who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of relevant Superannuation legislation, sound knowledge of MS Office and other software packages, and prior administration skills, data entry, or high-volume type role, ideally in a financial service industry.

This role requires effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to generate creative solutions to address problems and commit to follow through.
