Are you a seasoned professional seeking a challenging role that leverages your business acumen and interpersonal skills? We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our team as a key member of the Government Solutions team within Executive Education (EE) department.
Job Purpose:
This is a high-impact role that requires driving business growth through strategic planning, sales, and relationship management. As the job holder, you will play a critical part in building capacity and skill-building programs for government and public sector entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead revenue and pipeline generation from key public sector accounts/territory; drive business growth with individual sales targets.
- Manage client relationships from end-to-end as part of the sales process.
- Research new market opportunities and clients - contact potential clients to establish networks, arrange meetings, and support customer outreach identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other methods.
- Prepare approach notes and proposal documents - translate client-provided information into clear program objectives and learning outcomes. Support in program documentation and create knowledge collaterals.
- Communicate with and inform existing clients in a way that supports ongoing relationships.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Manage diagnostic studies and support the sales process when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in business administration or education or a related discipline.
- Experience in curriculum design and blended learning.
- MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills.
- Good questioning, probing, and listening skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Multi-tasking ability with superior time management skills.
