We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the creation, update and maintenance of detailed product listings for cosmetic raw materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date technical data, usage information, certifications, and supporting documentation for product listings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture, interpret, and implement user feedback into product pages.
  • Communicate with procurement and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new products based on customer feedback and industry trends.
Product Content Creation:
  • Creation of high-quality product documents such as Certificate of Analysis (COA), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Allergen Declaration (AD) and Technical Data Sheet (TDS).
  • Ensure accurate and regulatory compliant website content, including FAQs and supporting documentation.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Develop and curate starter kits or speciality ingredient sets tailored to customer needs, seasonal trends or promotional campaigns.
  • Write and publish clear, customer-friendly usage manuals and guides for curated kits and individual ingredients.
Website Optimisation:
  • Enhance product images, labels and presentation assets using Canva or similar tools to improve the customer experience.
  • Optimise product data display within the website theme and layout.
Communication and Collaboration:
  • Regularly communicate with customer support teams to identify common queries, information gaps and product improvement opportunities.
