
Training Content Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Development Executive to create high-quality training content for our digital transformation and cybersecurity programs.
Your role will be to ensure that content for these programs meets our quality standards, follows industry trends, and meets the specific needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training programs in Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Computing for diverse audiences.
- Design and develop pre, post, and other assessments to evaluate effectiveness of the training programs.
- Translate complex technical topics into clear, concise, and engaging training materials, including presentations, case studies, and practical exercises.
- Maintain and update the repository of all content created.
- Maintain and update the Learning Management System with the content.
- Review content of other team members and freelance content developers.
- Support the design and creation of client proposals and training outlines.
- Coordinate with graphic designers to format content in required templates.
Product, Client, and Trainer Support:
- Organize meetings and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions for internal and freelance trainers.
- Facilitate client support activities by proper and timely communication of issues to the relevant party within the organization.
- Support other trainers, including freelancers, to prepare them for assigned trainings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least one of the following certifications – CompTIA Security+, CRISC, CISSP, CEH, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AZ-900 or any equivalent degrees.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in designing high-quality training programs on complex technical topics.
- Excellent presentation skills – written and verbal.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
