Job Description:

Delivering and overseeing the training of employees involves several key responsibilities.

We are seeking a trainer who can develop and understand training materials, work closely with individuals, and evaluate their learning progress.

The ideal candidate will liaise with managers and interview employees at all levels to identify and assess training needs.

This role requires a good understanding of various training methodologies and tools, as well as the ability to collaborate with senior business unit heads to determine training needs and development strategies.

The trainer will conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and manage a training team to ensure effectiveness.

This includes monitoring employee competence to identify any need for retraining or continuous improvement, interpreting and complying with work standards, regulations, policies, and procedures.

The trainer will also design educational material, prepare modules, e-learning material, self-learning material, and verify training calendars.

In addition, the trainer will mentor the Learning and Development team, manage training resources, calibrate other facilitators, and conduct training reviews.
