Senior Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Systems Engineer to lead our engineering and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies for business growth, focusing on profitable expansion of our operations.
  • Deliver on annual operating plans, ensuring volume, margin pass-back, productivity, and change order/upsell targets.
  • Manage census and resource cost management, overseeing organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including sales, technology, marketing, sourcing, and external customers.
Project Delivery and Customer Success:
  • Champion innovation and digitization, driving efficient project delivery and achieving productivity targets.
  • Ensure timely project delivery within budget and schedule timelines.
  • Own the flex management process, sourcing required volume and quality while ensuring compliance with contingent worker governance processes.
  • Deploy quality management processes to meet internal and external customer requirements, eliminating the cost of poor quality.
People and Competency Management:
  • Build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, fostering an inclusive culture, and delivering on performance leadership initiatives.
  • Develop skills and competencies for various products and solutions, including operator competence, process optimization, asset management, productivity/safety solutions, and energy management.
  • Foster a work environment of trust and transparency, taking ownership of career growth and development of the team.
Knowledge Management:
  • Establish processes to manage knowledge and skill across the team, ensuring upskilling of resources in line with technology trends and product innovations.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Computer Science preferred); Master's degree is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in engineering/operations, including at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage large pools of engineering resources with diverse skills and experience.
  • Strong business acumen to drive growth and profitability.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions.

  • Advanced knowledge of systems development lifecycle.
  • Leadership experience, including leading diverse and global teams.
  • Ability to convey complex messages clearly and appropriately for the audience.
  • Experience in leading change and managing complex tasks and people.
  • Significant engineering experience.
