Director IT Infrastructure Management

We are seeking a visionary Director to lead our IT infrastructure management team and drive the strategic direction of our organization's technology ecosystem. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing IT policies that align with industry standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the CTO to define a strategic direction for the organization's IT ecosystem and ensure alignment with business objectives;
  • Develop and implement IT policies that drive innovation, efficiency, and security in line with industry best practices and guidelines;
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate AMC renewals to optimize costs;
  • Design and implement change management processes to ensure seamless transition and adoption of new technologies.

As the Director of IT Infrastructure, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of IT professionals who will work collaboratively to drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall IT experience.

Technical Skills and Qualifications
  • Migrate on-premises workloads to cloud-based infrastructure using Microsoft Azure and integrate Open Source tools like Docker and Kubernetes;
  • Develop and execute strategies for migration of data and applications to cloud-based infrastructure;
  • Manage on-premises servers using Microsoft Windows Server and Linux Ubuntu running on virtualization platforms like VMware ESXi and Linux KVM;
  • Ensure the reliability, availability, performance, security, and high uptime of all IT assets.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 10-12 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure management and information security;
  • Proven experience leading and managing complex hybrid IT teams;
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing IT Security, Business Continuity Plans, Disaster Recovery Frameworks, and Security Audits.
