Senior Technical Lead Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Senior Technical Lead, focusing on strategic leadership and technical expertise within our team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage a team with accountability for performance improvement, productivity, service quality, training, and effectiveness.
    • Identify and remove impediments for the team, provide coaching to team members, Product Owner, and wider organization, promoting continuous improvement and facilitating work delivery.
    • Ensure all activities adhere to relevant data standards and controls.
    • Optimize automation levels within the team, minimizing human intervention in design, development, and operational lifecycles.
    • Collaborate with Product Owner, Solution & Platform Architects to identify necessary changes and create related stories.
    • Work with Agile Lead to ensure efficient backlog flow.
    • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, risk control objectives, and group controls.
    • Ensure operational stability, integrity, and availability of products and services.
    • Support solution architects in ensuring solutions align with architectures and systems.
    • Engage stakeholders to align processes with organizational strategic goals.
    • Analyze processes, ALM, and DevOps, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing them.
    • Collaborate with DevOps team to optimize pipelines for faster completion.
    • Work with Microsoft Point of Contact to integrate best practices into technical delivery.
    • Provide recommendations on technical and process best practices, helping implement them.
    • Host brown bag sessions on new platform features and help teams adopt them.
    • Review implementations, identify gaps, and plan/execute resolution of technical debts.
    • Collaborate with dev team to improve quality, root cause analysis, and self-vigilance.
    • Achieve compliance to quality gates with the dev team and DevOps.
