Workforce Management Planning Supervisor

The role of a Workforce Management Planning Supervisor is to oversee the planning and scheduling of teams in a dynamic environment.

This involves developing strategic plans, allocating resources effectively, and monitoring performance to ensure optimal results.

  • Develop skill-based scheduling for agents based on their skills and proficiencies.
  • Monitor capacity plans, schedules, and rosters to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Analyze over/under staffing to measure the effectiveness and quality of scheduling.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in workforce management, supervisory roles, and proficiency in Microsoft products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for workforce management.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff performance and productivity.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize workforce efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals in the field of workforce management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in workforce management or supervisory roles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
