Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the complete employee life cycle, ensuring seamless transitions and positive experiences throughout.
  • Designing and executing engaging activities, motivational sessions, and internal communications to foster a dynamic workplace culture.
  • Event Management: Planning and executing company events, guaranteeing relevance, excitement, and high employee participation.
  • Internal Communication Strategy: Identifying engagement drivers and crafting communication plans to inspire and connect employees across locations.
  • Onboarding Support: Handling pre-joining and post-joining formalities, ensuring a smooth induction process.
  • Asset Management: Maintaining accurate records of company assets issued to employees and coordinating timely handovers.
  • Attendance & Leave Tracking: Monitoring attendance, managing leave records, and coordinating with HR and Accounts for payroll processing.
  • Liaising with third-party vendors for attendance systems and resource provisioning.
  • Exit Formalities: Conducting exit interviews, managing full & final settlements, and ensuring departing employees leave with a positive impression of the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Energetic and enthusiastic individual passionate about people and culture.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a natural ability to connect with employees.
  • Excellent communication and confident personality.
  • Proactive multitasker with the ability to manage multiple activities and coordinate across teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office and eager to learn HRM software tools.
  • A positive attitude and strong collaboration skills with both internal teams and external vendors.
