Job Overview

The Technical Project Manager drives end-to-end delivery of projects spanning multiple business verticals.

This role ensures effective management of resources, schedules, and quality standards while adhering to global project management controls and governance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects with complete accountability for scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, allocate resources, establish timelines, and set communication and testing strategies.
  • Manage a portfolio of complex, multi-line-of-business initiatives from initiation to closure.
  • Monitor progress and prepare detailed reports on milestones, deliverables, and key metrics.
  • Develop, manage, and track project budgets ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
  • Analyze project economics providing insights on cost-benefit and ROI.
  • Proactively address risks issues and dependencies while driving corrective actions.
  • Oversee acquisition and management of project resources materials and tools.
  • Deliver progress reports proposals requirements documentation and executive presentations.
  • Drive process improvements and promote efficiency automation and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous learning across teams.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 7+ years of core project management experience in cross-functional matrix environments.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and portfolios successfully.
  • Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies Waterfall Agile Hybrid.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Skilled in influencing and gaining buy-in from executives stakeholders and peers.
  • Information Technology knowledge is required in advanced level.
  • Mandatory certification: PMP Project Management Professional.
