  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive successful delivery of large-scale IT programs in M&E, ensuring excellence in timelines, cost, and quality.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor to M&E clients, understanding industry-specific challenges and shaping tailored solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale large delivery teams (500+ members), fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Apply deep knowledge of media workflows, content lifecycle, and entertainment industry nuances to strengthen delivery outcomes.
  • Partner with business teams in RFPs, solutioning, and contract reviews to drive account expansion.
