Job Summary:

A senior legal associate is required to manage various agreements and contracts. They will draft, negotiate, and review agreements with excellent communication skills and negotiation capabilities.

  1. Draft and negotiate production service agreements, license agreements, acquisition agreements, contracts, and SAAS agreements.
  2. Vet and review all forms of agreements and contracts for accuracy and compliance.
  3. Advise the business team on commercial and legal issues to ensure alignment with company goals.
  4. Draft and reply to notices and complaints in a timely manner.
  5. Handle non-litigation work and maintain a high level of productivity under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Possess a strong foundation in law and a minimum of 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in the media and entertainment industry.
  • Develop effective working relationships with colleagues and external partners to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate should be well-versed in laws related to the media and entertainment industry and possess excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
