Job Overview:

  • This role involves crafting and reviewing diverse agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, align contractual terms with business objectives, mitigate risks, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, review, and negotiate various contracts—such as vendor agreements, service contracts, employment contracts, NDAs, licensing and partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize contractual terms with company strategies and policies.
  • Evaluate all contracts for compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal standards.
  • Develop a centralized repository of contract documentation and metadata for easy retrieval and tracking.
  • Monitor the contract lifecycle and manage renewals, amendments, expirations.
  • Provide guidance on contract policies, best practices, and risk areas.
  • Support in resolving contract disputes and audits.
  • Prepare contract performance reports and metrics.
  • Stay current with legal developments and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB/LLM), Business Administration, or a related field. Law graduates strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation.
  • Strong command of contract law and legal terminology.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Certifications like CPCM add significant value.
