Job Overview
We are seeking a full-time remote Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various activities, including brokerage, customer service, sales, dispatching, and account management on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Brokerage Activities: Facilitate the movement of goods and materials between locations, ensuring timely delivery and seamless execution.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Sales: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships with existing clients.
- Dispatching: Coordinate the transportation of goods, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing delays.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
Requirements
- Freight Brokerage skills: Strong knowledge of brokerage processes and regulations.
- Customer Service skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dispatching skills: Ability to coordinate complex logistics operations.
- Account Management skills: Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills: Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely: Self-motivated and disciplined individual with excellent time management skills.
- Experience in the logistics industry: Preferably 2+ years of experience in a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field: Relevant academic background and certifications.
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This compensation package includes a comprehensive benefits program, which may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
