Job Title: Financial Operations Head

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Head to lead our finance and accounting function across India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire finance and accounts function, including fund management, audit, working capital management, banking, MIS, IT, income tax matters, GST, VAT / service tax compliance.
  • Monthly review of financial reports and balance sheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, capex management, and salary & employee reimbursements.
  • Complete control over fixed assets of the company.
  • Conduct financial statement variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast, period-over-period actuals).
  • Analyze financial data and provide cost-saving opportunities to management.
  • Ensure timely completion of internal and external audits with zero major non-compliance issues.
  • Prepare and finalize income tax returns, monthly GST returns, and TDS reconciliation of input tax credit.
  • Manage daily cash flow and working capital.
Requirements:
  • Effective leader and team player with strong motivating and guiding skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytics and reporting skills.
  • Expertise in Accounting System (preferably Business Central), POS Systems, and cost and inventory systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High-level attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and partner with others to promote teamwork.
