Job Title: Senior Human Resources Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Executive to manage the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to separation. You will be responsible for overseeing the hiring and onboarding processes for junior and mid-level employees, providing payroll inputs, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including the hiring, onboarding, and separation processes.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Be actively involved in the hiring of junior and mid-level employees. Manage the onboarding process, conduct induction, and handle all joining formalities.
  • HR Administration: Provide payroll inputs for new joiners. Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases within the HRIS system.
  • Compliance & Grievance Redressal: Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies. Handle all kinds of grievance redressal, including issues related to compensation, performance feedback, and transfers.
  • Performance & Training Support: Provide support in conducting PMS (Performance Management System) and appraisals. Assist in the organization and implementation of all training programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Good knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.
  • Must have good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
