Job Title:

Business Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute revenue growth strategies, drive profitable expansion, and optimize pricing.
  • Growth Strategy & Expansion: Identify opportunities for category expansion, develop business cases, and lead execution roadmaps.
  • Experimentation Engine: Design and run cross-functional experiments to drive innovation, measure success, and scale efficient solutions.
  • Product & Tech for Revenue: Prioritize features and internal tools that improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization.
  • Marketing Efficiency & Portfolio Mix: Optimize channel strategy and allocate budgets dynamically based on impact.
  • Ops & CX Alignment: Align capacity, SLAs, and processes to convert demand reliably, reduce leakage, and enhance customer experience.
  • Insights, Forecasting & Governance: Build dashboards, cohort views, and forward forecasts, lead RCA, and codify learnings into a repeatable playbook.
  • Problem-Solving & Ownership: Demonstrate high ownership over assigned tasks and projects, from start to end.
Requirements:
  • Experience in business strategy, consulting, or founder's office roles within startups or high-growth environments.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect market insights to actionable strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in designing, validating, and executing growth initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders across levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
