Job Title: Business Development Strategist

Role Overview

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Business Development Strategist to drive revenue growth and expansion. This role will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end finance operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial processes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Finance Operations
    1. Oversee end-to-end finance operations with a focus on the revenue cycle.
    2. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial processes.
  2. Budgeting & Forecasting
    1. Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts for the office.
    2. Monitor and track budgets, highlighting variances and providing actionable insights.
  3. Financial Reporting & Closing
    1. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
    2. Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports.
    3. Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules and reconciliations.
  4. MIS, Audit & Compliance
    1. Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS for management decision-making.
    2. Coordinate with auditors and ensure smooth audit closures.
    3. Ensure strict adherence to compliance requirements and internal controls.
  5. Stakeholder Management
    1. Liaise with teams, partners, and stakeholders for finance-related matters.
    2. Provide financial insights and commercial support to leadership for strategic decisions.
  6. Other Responsibilities
    1. Handle additional assignments or special projects as directed by senior management.
