Enhance Guest Experiences as a Reservation Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and proactive reservation professional to support our short-term vacation rental business. This is a remote position that requires exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in accordance with established policies.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.
  • Offer personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to elevate guest experiences.
  • Lead a team of reservation agents, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.

The ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, is essential. Prior experience in hotels, vacation rentals, sales, or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
