Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the CEO to design and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional teams to solve high-impact problems and deliver results-oriented solutions
  • Develop and maintain key metrics and dashboards to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with HR and org leads to support organizational development and capacity planning
  • Manage key partnerships and external relationships to drive business growth and opportunities

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in early-stage startups on the business side
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think critically, and first-principle thinking
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across functions
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and navigating changing priorities and deadlines
  • Agency and adaptability to make things happen and drive results
