Senior Financial Leader Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our accounts payable department, B2C revenue and AR, including vendor payments, collections and reconciliation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the complete end-to-end AR/O2C process.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing billing or payment concerns promptly professionally.
  • Supervising and mentoring a team of accounts receivable specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Continuously reviewing and improving accounts receivable processes, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Implementing automation tools or software solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts.
  • Preparing and analyzing accounts receivable reports, metrics, and KPIs for management and financial reporting purposes.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant with 4-6 years of work experience in the Travel Industry / B2B setup.
  • Big Four experience is preferred.
  • Experience in IFRS/Ind-AS is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making mentality.
