Accounting Leader

The company is seeking an experienced accounting professional to lead the finance and accounts function in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

Overseeing the complete accounting function of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency is key.

This involves managing the end-to-end accounting function (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, etc.), overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the accounting function, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets for management.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
  • Establish and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and processes.
  • Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making in collaboration with leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts & finance team.

This role requires 5+ years of proven experience in accounts and finance, in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliances, and financial reporting, and proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and financial systems.
