Role Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our influencer marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing campaigns that drive engagement, installs, and qualified applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a roster of nano, micro, and mid-tier creators across multiple platforms, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Moj, Josh, Share Chat, Telegram, and WhatsApp communities.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to close deals with top creators, negotiate pricing, and finalize briefs.
  • Design content strategies that resonate with regional audiences, including Hindi, Telugu, and other local languages.
  • Manage UGC (User-Generated Content) engines to ensure consistency and compliance with disclosure regulations.
  • Track attribution links, monitor dashboards, and optimize performance by identifying top-performing creators and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2-5 years of experience in influencer/creator growth, preferably in fintech, edtech, or commerce.
  • A proven network of nano and micro creators in Hindi, Telugu, and regional languages.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to manage 100+ creator relationships simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in Firebase, UTMs, attribution, and performance dashboards.
  • Knowledge of disclosure norms, RBI-safe messaging, and fraud-prevention tactics.
  • Hustle and fast execution cycles to meet high-volume outreach goals.
