Sr. Influencer Marketing Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Influencer Marketing Lead to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the beauty/wellness industry and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Influencer Outreach & Campaign Management:
    • Identify and manage relationships with influencers across YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
    • Develop and execute influencer campaigns that align with our brand goals and objectives.
  • Content Strategy & Execution:
    • Collaborate with influencers to create high-quality, authentic content that adheres to our brand guidelines and is optimized for performance.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of content strategy.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Deliver regular reports to stakeholders on campaign performance, ROI, and areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align influencer activities with marketing objectives.
    • Coordinate with external agencies to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis:
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in influencer marketing and the beauty/wellness industry.
    • Identify emerging influencers and innovative campaign ideas to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty/wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in using influencer marketing tools such as HypeAuditor, Qoruz, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness products.
