We are seeking an experienced Agile practitioner with a proven track record of leading Scrum teams and fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment. As our Agile Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and ensuring successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and goal achievement.
- Team Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching on Agile principles and Scrum best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-reflection within the team.
- Impediment Removal: Identify and proactively remove obstacles that impede team progress, whether technical, procedural, or organizational.
- Collaboration with Product Owner and Stakeholders: Support the Product Owner in maintaining a well-groomed product backlog and foster strong communication between the Scrum team and stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment on goals.
- Agile Reporting and Metrics Tracking: Utilize Jira to track and report on team progress, including sprint velocity, burn-down charts, and other relevant metrics.
Requirements:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification required.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Proven expertise in using Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, reporting, and tracking Agile metrics.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) and ability to apply them effectively.
