Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Student Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our admissions outreach team, you will play a vital role in promoting our post-graduation courses across India and attracting top talent from the region.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective outreach and marketing strategies to engage with prospective students and showcase the value proposition of our post-graduation courses.

Responsibilities
  • Outreach and Marketing Strategy: Define and deploy targeted outreach and marketing strategies to reach potential students and increase awareness about our post-graduation courses.
  • Team Management: Recruit, manage, and build a high-performing outreach & marketing team that can effectively execute the strategy and meet targets.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize the outreach budget to ensure maximum ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Set up systems, processes, and technologies to gather and analyze application data, driving continuous improvement and informing data-driven decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Communications and Design team, Academics & Research team, and other relevant teams to promote the Institution and ensure alignment with academic goals.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all Outreach & Marketing systems, processes, activities, and initiatives comply with regulatory requirements, working closely with the Legal & Regulation team.
  • Event Representation: Represent the Institution at admissions events and conferences, establishing relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with other educational institutions and ecosystem partners, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Supportive Role: Provide support to other activities, including academics, research, training, practice, operations, and others, participating in all activities of Institution-Building at IIHS.
