Executive Chef Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished culinary leader to helm our restaurant kitchen. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for innovation, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to maintain exceptional standards of quality and consistency.

  • Responsible for the overall quality, consistency, and productivity of the restaurant kitchen.
  • Exhibits mastery in culinary arts by personally performing tasks while leading the team and overseeing all food-related functions.
  • Coordinates menus, purchasing, staffing, and food preparation for the property's restaurant.
  • Collaborates with the team to enhance guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Maintains rigorous sanitation and food standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with 4 years of experience in the culinary, food, and beverage industry, or
  • A degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field, with 2 years of experience.
