We are seeking an experienced Training Development Specialist to join our team in Tata Capital. As a key member of our learning and development function, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our employees.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive training strategy aligned with business objectives
- Designing and delivering training programs on product, process, policies, and behavioral aspects
- Conducting training needs analysis and developing solutions to address skill gaps
- Collaborating with regional stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of training programs
- Measuring learning effectiveness through periodic evaluations and assessments
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development
- Well-versed with Microfinance industry and its various business models
- Familiarity with Tata Capital's products, processes, and policies
- Strong understanding of technology and automation
