Customer Support Engineer Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical support to our customers.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, as well as collaborating with engineering and product teams to resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document support interactions and maintain records of customer inquiries and resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of software applications and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
