Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Network Engineer to join our team. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining network infrastructure, including Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) installations.

You will conduct network audits, perform network performance analysis, and recommend optimization measures. Troubleshooting complex network issues and ensuring timely resolutions are also key responsibilities of this role.

In addition, you will test and maintain network equipment, including OTDR, Laser Source, Power Meter, and Cable Locators. Ensuring RFP compliance through regular quality audits is also a crucial aspect of this position.

You will provide quarterly and monthly audit reports and collaborate with SI teams to resolve non-compliance issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have a BE/BTech degree in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electrical & Electronics (recognized by AICTE/UGC/Ministry of HRD).

A minimum of 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience in IT/Telecommunication Systems/Optical Fibers for degree holders is required. For Diploma holders (recognized by AICTE/UGC/Ministry of HRD), a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field is necessary.
