
Sales Relationship Executive

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales relationships with key distributors and retailers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage distributor network, including identifying new opportunities, negotiating deals, and ensuring proper documentation and statutory compliance.
- Set sales targets and monitor performance against these targets, both for the distributor and the sales team.
- Oversee the coordination of distributor invoicing, timely dispatch, and collections, while managing outstanding balances and reporting on aged debt.
- Ensure daily sales reports, weekly inventory and sales reports, and monthly sales vs achievement reports are provided to stakeholders.
- Directly responsible for opening and servicing A+ category retail outlets, as well as ensuring model mix and placement of focused products.
- Monitor and train the sales team to deliver targeted results, analyzing sales and inventory reports and providing guidance and support.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to drive business growth in urban and rural areas.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in mobile accessories or related industry.
- Good market reputation in handling distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to drive business.
- Proven track record of success in expanding market presence and driving sales growth.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and MIS reporting.
