Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead the full life cycle of solar, wind, BESS, and hybrid projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate vendors for project development and manage empanelment based on experience and market feedback.
  • Conduct due diligence on project sites, including suitability assessments, resource mapping, and technical specification evaluations.
  • Manage all related documentation, including contract finalization, land document compilation, cost model development, and tariff-return scenario assessments.
  • Perform regulatory diligence based on state/CTU guidelines for connectivity, group captive, etc.
  • Manage vendor-related transactions, including land advances and resource estimation.
  • Expedite project roll-out activities, including land acquisition, procurement, contract execution, GST registration, and secretarial work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with 13-15 years of experience in a relevant profile.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in completing the full life cycle of solar, wind, BESS, and hybrid projects.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and technical/commercial aspects of renewable energy.
  • Excellent project management skills, including risk assessment, process orientation, and timeline adherence.
  • Ability to develop commercial and industrial (C&I) projects from inception to IC readiness.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal teams and external parties.
