  • Influence product strategy through data-driven insights and design thinking.
  • Mentor junior designers and cultivate a strong design culture.
  • Stay current with emerging UX/UI trends in the FinTech domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Skillsets: Strong foundation in UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, and proficiency with modern design tools.
  • Digital Product Expertise: Proven experience in designing FinTech dashboards, transaction-heavy systems, and user interfaces.
  • Design Tools: Familiarity with industry-standard software like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
  • User Research: Ability to create low to high-fidelity prototypes, visual mockups, and conduct usability testing.
  • Design Systems: Understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design, and design system implementation.
