Project Leadership Opportunity

A seasoned project leader is sought after to drive strategic projects forward across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to effectively manage risks, timelines, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead internal projects across departments, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and resources with efficiency and precision.
  • Drive RFI/RFP processes and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
  • Utilize appropriate project management tools and methodologies to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams, promoting transparency and alignment.
  • Proactively identify risks and conflicts, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams, enhancing project delivery outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong project management expertise with a proven track record of handling multiple internal projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in risk management, conflict resolution, and resource allocation.
  • Familiarity with RFI/RFP processes and vendor coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities.
