Sr Manager, Change Management Transformation Lead

About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr Manager, Change Management Transformation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading global product teams in developing and implementing change management strategies.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess the desirability and feasibility of change initiatives. You will also lead sessions and rituals that promote shared ownership, continuous learning, and adaptive delivery across product teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in a change role, preferably within a product or tech-led environment. They should possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple global product teams in developing practical, user-focused change management strategies and engagement plans.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment between data product managers, technical teams, business users, and market leads.
  • Assess the desirability and feasibility of change initiatives, drawing on business context and stakeholder insight.
  • Lead sessions and rituals that promote shared ownership, continuous learning, and adaptive delivery across product teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in a change role; experience in data and analytics is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading Transformation, change management, facilitation, or agile coaching, preferably within a product or tech-led environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
  • Able to quickly absorb new business domains and translate complex challenges into actionable change plans.
