As a Transformation Lead, you'll create and execute strategic roadmaps for high-impact projects that solve business problems and opportunities for key clients. You'll work with cross-functional teams to deploy digital technologies like robotics, machine learning, and intelligent automation, driving favorable business outcomes. Given the nature of the role, travel and flexibility may be required. This is a unique opportunity to lead initiatives, provide thought leadership, and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Areas for Business Impact: Provide strategic direction and thought leadership on significant customer business impact and improvement opportunities.">
  • Lead Initiatives: Develop and lead transformation roadmaps aligned with client priorities, driving value for the client.">
  • Program Management: Manage the entire delivery of the transformation roadmap, working with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.">
  • Clients: Collaborate with clients up to the CXO level, effectively managing and driving change, and stakeholder management.">
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of Black Belts and Business Analysts, accountable for their performance and career growth.">

What We're Looking For:

You'll need:

  • MBA/ Master's in Finance, or equivalent experience.">
  • Certifications: Project Manager, Master Black Belt, Certified in RPA/Digital, Design Thinking, or similar.">
  • Proven Track Record: Delivering high-impact transformation projects with exposure to GenAI-related projects.">
  • Leadership Skills: Facilitative leadership, influencing, mentoring, and coaching.">
  • Strong Quantitative and Problem-Solving Ability: Conceptualizing complex problems and developing analytical roadmaps.">
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.">
