We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic customer acquisition representatives to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to contact customers who have abandoned their carts on our website, converting them into successful orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact customers who have left items in their cart and persuade them to complete their purchase.
  • Answer customer queries about products, offers, delivery, and payments.

  • Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and report conversions.

Requirements:
  • Prior telecalling / telesales / customer service experience is preferred.

  • Ability to make 100–150 calls/day.
  • Persuasive, confident, and target-driven attitude.
  • Laptop with stable internet connection.
  • Basic Excel Skills.
  • Ability to work independently from home.
