We are seeking an ambitious Business Development expert with 2-6 years of experience in the field, eager to take on new challenges and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Client Acquisition: Utilize your exceptional outreach skills to acquire new clients through various channels. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Building: Lead client calls and meetings confidently, identifying their pain points and crafting tailored pitches to build long-term trust and foster loyalty.
  • Collaboration & Strategy: Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth project handovers and provide valuable feedback to enhance our offerings and pitches.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–6 years in business development/client acquisition.
  • Track Record: Proven success in closing high-ticket projects.
  • Outreach Skills: Familiarity with multiple outreach channels.
  • Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (tech knowledge is a plus).
  • Worked with international clients.
