We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at NetApp Inc. in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. Salary Range
The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000, commensurate with experience.
Job Description
Providing Exceptional Customer Support
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems. You'll work closely with customers to diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to NetApp Storage, ensuring their systems are up and running smoothly.
Technical Skills and Expertise
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess strong technical problem-solving skills, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. You'll have excellent knowledge of operating systems, including Windows servers, UNIX, Linux, and RHEL, as well as strong troubleshooting experience with File sharing protocols, Ethernet, TCP/IP networking protocols, DNS, LDAP, NIS, DC, AD, and Kerberos.
Education and Experience
A B.E or B.Tech graduate in Computer Science, E & C, I.T, or E&E from a reputable college, along with 5-8 years of related experience, is required for this role. If you have experience in administration and troubleshooting of NetApp 7 Mode and C Mode, or exposure to working with VSCAN, Fpolicy, perfstat, wireshark, netmon, and ASUP logs, that's a plus
