We are seeking a talented Corporate Growth Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong B2B sales exposure in financial services who are passionate about acquiring corporate clients and delivering strategic growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new quality corporate business for a prominent digital financing platform operating in the MSME ecosystem.
This includes driving revenue through strategic B2B client acquisition and onboarding, identifying and engaging potential clients through direct outreach, networking, and research, planning, pitching, and executing acquisition strategies across the assigned territory, and collaborating with product, operations, and service teams to ensure smooth client delivery and support.
The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of experience in Relationship Management or Corporate Sales, prior experience in Banking, NBFC, Fintech, Invoice Financing, Investment Banking, or Financial Services, knowledge of invoice/Bill of Exchange (BOE) financing, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, proven ability to interact with CXOs and senior corporate stakeholders, and goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
