Trust Management Specialist Job Description:
The Trust Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the administrative, legal, and compliance aspects of our charitable trust. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a background in trust/charity management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and circulating notices, agendas, and meeting minutes to stakeholders.
- Preparing and maintaining resolutions, official correspondence, and other essential documents.
- Ensuring timely submission of reports and records to regulatory bodies.
- Providing secretarial support including drafting formal letters, resolutions, and reports.
- Supporting trustees in governance and compliance-related activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) required.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience managing a charitable trust.
- Strong knowledge of trust regulations, compliance requirements, and reporting standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in drafting letters, agendas, and resolutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and record management systems.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Alternate Saturdays | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
